![]() ![]() Management told us to not talk to or interact with the Walmart employees and to only speak to fellow Rita Staffing employees. Employees for Rita are totally separate from the Walmart employees, almost like clicks. ![]() Also, Walmart employees were given free food for their lunches as well as shirts at random where as Rita Staffing never provided their employees with such things. As I do understand the retail world, I was just a number. When I came back for that second time around, I felt useless and not valued. I was told my contract ended not to long after restarting as there were too many hired and had to be let go for a bit. We usually ended up having to walk around for hours, sweeping and cleaning. This was a horrible experience because we, Rita Employees in the Pick Mod, only really got to pick once or twice. My contract ended in June and I came back in late November as a picker.
